Injection Molding Operator, 1st Shift (Medical Devices)

Location: Limerick, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Operate assigned injection molding machines in the Handles Department.
• Load and unload parts, measure components, and perform visual and dimensional inspections.
• Complete basic machine setups, changeovers, tooling changes, and touch-offs.
• Apply dimensional offsets to bring parts into print specifications.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately.
• Follow process specifications, SOPs, good manufacturing practices, and safety regulations while communicating issues and inefficiencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and intermediate math skills.
• Ability to perform visual inspection of small parts using a microscope.
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks, multitask, and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; regularly lift or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Injection molding experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of geometric and trigonometric formulas.
