What you will do

• Lead a team of 15–20 employees in a rotating shift environment to achieve production goals safely and effectively.
• Conduct GEMBA walks and MSHA workplace inspections to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Oversee employee training and competency testing to secure production plan delivery and minimize costs.
• Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational quality.
• Monitor main KPIs and utilize SAP to report and correct conditions that cause unplanned events.
• Drive a culture of accountability, housekeeping standards, and continuous improvement within the production area.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work onsite in Quincy, Florida, USA.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
