Delivery Lead (eCommerce)

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with 1–2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent business, operational and technology projects.
• Build delivery plans, governance structures, working groups and Steering Committees where appropriate.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Business, Operations, Product and Technology teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, trade-offs, forecasts and portfolio reporting.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methods according to each initiative's needs.
• Drive organisational change, continuous improvement and adoption of effective delivery practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering multiple complex business and technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships, project risks, dependencies, governance and reporting.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, Operations and cross-functional business teams.
• Experience delivering projects in an eCommerce or digital business and improving operational processes.

Nice to have

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
