Delivery Engagement Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Represent customers on project teams during discovery, solution design, implementation, and delivery of Deal Services.
• Gather client requirements, understand business use cases and existing systems, and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Lead project kick-offs and present implementation or delivery plans.
• Document requirements, custom processes, work instructions, and other delivery artifacts.
• Coordinate external partners and collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, Services, Support, Legal, Product, Development, Finance, and Operations.
• Validate service accuracy, provide feedback, identify optimization opportunities, and participate in weekend on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, financial information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IT project management or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or another customer-facing role.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, organization, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of financial markets, including M&A, corporate finance, loans, asset management, or private equity.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP, CSM, APM, or CompTIA.
• Business analyst experience.
• French, German, or Spanish language skills to support the EMEA region.
• Experience in both large corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
