Implementation Lead (Financial Technology)

Location: London, Essex, United Kingdom; hybrid work with office attendance 6 days per month. Moderate travel to client sites may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the Global Implementation team and establish a high-functioning, client-facing implementation capability.
• Design and implement a common framework for software implementation across products and workstreams.
• Own end-to-end implementation projects, including delivery timelines, budgets, risks, scope changes, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage system configuration for client UAT and production environments, including new implementations and software upgrades.
• Design repeatable data conversion and migration strategies and collaborate with product, technology, project management, and sales teams.
• Support client UAT, end-user training, go-live, service transition, and post-implementation activities.

Requirements

• Experience managing software implementation projects in a software or professional services company.
• Experience implementing new products with agile delivery teams and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requirements, deadlines, and projects while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Deep knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or another project management solution is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing SaaS products.
• Experience implementing and migrating financial systems, such as transfer agency or fund accounting platforms.
