IT Engineer (AI)

Location: United States - West Coast; Pacific time zone, or within an hour of it

hirify.global provides a CI platform used by engineering teams to run builds, tests, and deployments on their own infrastructure, hirify.global's infrastructure, or both.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for devices, SaaS administration, access management, and troubleshooting across a globally distributed team.
• Build and maintain automation for access provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and common support workflows.
• Contribute to infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar tools for SaaS configuration management.
• Design and maintain API and webhook integrations across internal tooling.
• Improve device trust, compliance tooling, and endpoint management.
• Collaborate with Security, Platform Engineering, and People Ops while documenting systems and changes.

Requirements

• SaaS platform administration and identity provider management experience.
• macOS device management and MDM experience.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SSO, SAML, and SCIM.
• Experience managing access lifecycles, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Demonstrated scripting ability and experience building automation.
• Availability in the Pacific time zone or within one hour of it, with strong written communication for async, remote-first work.

Nice to have

• API and webhook integration experience.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform or similar tooling.
• Experience with endpoint management and compliance tooling.
• Background at a developer-tooling or engineering-focused company.
