Growth Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and run growth experiments across product, content, and distribution.
• Create automation tools that expand reach and reduce manual work.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to turn insights into experiments.
• Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Build internal dashboards and feedback loops for growth metrics.
• Work with the founders to shape growth strategy and develop the early growth playbook.

Requirements

• Experience in growth engineering, data engineering, or full-stack development.
• Strong technical skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or growth analytics.
• Ability to move quickly, build scrappy systems, and iterate based on data.
• Product mindset and ability to connect technical work to user outcomes.
• Comfort working with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment, plus curiosity about health and real-world impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with user acquisition, funnels, or growth loops.
• Experience building internal tools or automation.
• Familiarity with consumer health, wellness, or AI-driven products.
