GTM Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; fully on-site with no remote work. Candidates must be based in San Francisco or be willing to relocate.

Salary: $120,000–$250,000 USD annually, depending on experience.

hirify.global is an early-stage open-source AI infrastructure startup building an orchestration layer for ML pipelines and AI agent workflows.

What you will do

• Build and run the San Francisco developer community, including a bi-weekly meetup series for ML infrastructure professionals.
• Attend relevant AI-infrastructure meetups, hackathons, and conferences while developing a technical community presence.
• Evangelize the product through talks, blog posts, social content, short demo videos, and live technical demonstrations.
• Explain Python frameworks, answer technical questions, and engage credibly with ML engineers.
• Connect Mixpanel, GitHub, CRM, enrichment tools, and APIs into automated enrichment, scoring, and follow-up workflows.
• Gather market and community intelligence and feed it into product and GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in DevRel, community building, growth, or developer-facing GTM roles.
• Track record of hosting technical events, growing attendance and engagement, and converting participation into measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to read and understand code, work with APIs, and explain Python frameworks to technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM platforms, data enrichment tools such as Clay, API integrations, and basic automation workflows.
• Experience measuring community and event initiatives using Mixpanel or similar product analytics, GitHub signals, and CRM data.
• Must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate; this is an on-site role and remote work is not available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Professional network in the San Francisco AI, ML infrastructure, or MLOps community.
• Open-source community experience and familiarity with GitHub-native developer behavior.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, or AI agent infrastructure.
