What you will do

• Ensure revenue and balance sheet accounts comply with ASC 606 and internal policies.
• Review and validate data accuracy within the RevPro revenue system.
• Prepare journal entries and perform detailed analyses for the monthly close process.
• Reconcile revenue-related accounts including deferred revenue, contract assets, and unbilled revenue.
• Maintain internal controls and support internal and external audit requirements.
• Participate in ad hoc projects such as new product evaluations and acquisition integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in revenue recognition or related accounting roles.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Audit departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or public accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 for SaaS revenue models.
• Experience with SFDC, RevPro (Zuora Revenue), and Workday.
• Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
