What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across Data Platforms, AI/ML, and analytics programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependency tracking across multiple technical teams.
• Facilitate program governance, including roadmap reviews, risk management, and executive communications.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to ensure alignment and predictable delivery of capabilities.
• Establish and continuously improve program management standards and operational reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate readiness activities for major platform launches, AI deployments, and technology rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or technical program management roles.
• Experience delivering complex technology initiatives involving data platforms, AI/ML, or cloud technologies.
• Strong expertise in program planning, roadmap execution, and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview at one of the company locations prior to hiring.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, entertainment, digital publishing, or consumer technology environments.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience working with and presenting program updates to executive stakeholders.
