Senior Governance Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Own the operational layer of Research Governance across markets and products.
• Build and maintain tools, trackers, systems, and governance records that support methodological consistency.
• Run the monitoring programme and document methodology drift signals for the Head of Research.
• Coordinate with Survey Ops, Product, Solutions, Data Science, Marketing Science, and Strategic Partnerships.
• Produce SCQAs, methodology summaries, pre-reads, and governance updates.
• Design scalable workflows, automate repetitive work with AI tools, and track validation evidence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, programme management, research coordination, or analytical roles.
• Experience building or maintaining tracking or monitoring systems.
• Demonstrated use of AI agents or automated skills to improve scale, reliability, or team capability.
• Strong, crisp, structured written communication.
• Understanding of quantitative concepts, brand tracking fundamentals, and methodology standards.
• Autonomy, systems thinking, and ability to collaborate across a wide stakeholder group.

Nice to have

• SQL literacy or experience querying data.
