Biofuels Scheduler

Location: On-site in Wichita, KS, United States; up to 5% travel to bioprocessing facilities, carriers, and customers, including occasional overnight travel.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, production plants, and customers.
• Manage product inventories across multiple sites using market and regional supply-and-demand insights.
• Coordinate and optimize product deliveries across the region.
• Negotiate competitive truck rates with transportation carriers.
• Ensure transaction details are accurate in company systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, planning, operations, accounting, office teams, and production sites to resolve transportation and delivery issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; an associate’s degree or high school diploma may be considered.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, written, and in-person communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs.
