Fuel Supply Scheduler (Energy)

What you will do

• Develop, execute, and maintain transportation schedules for crude oil, NGLs, refined products, and other bulk liquid commodities.
• Coordinate transfers across pipelines, terminals, storage facilities, marine assets, rail networks, and trucking providers.
• Manage pipeline nominations, monitor scheduling cycles, and track transportation constraints, allocations, maintenance, and operating limitations.
• Monitor inventory balances, reconcile planned and actual movements, and support inventory balancing, month-end close, and movement actualization.
• Coordinate with commercial teams, operations, terminals, carriers, pipelines, and supply organizations to resolve execution issues and communicate risks.
• Support contingency planning, improve scheduling workflows, and maintain accurate, auditable movement and inventory records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in scheduling, logistics, transportation operations, inventory management, supply coordination, or related functions in energy, refining, petrochemical, midstream, or industrial sectors.
• Working knowledge of bulk liquid transportation and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with crude oil, NGL, refined product, fuel, ethanol, petrochemical, or chemical supply chains.
• Familiarity with pipeline nominations, terminal operations, and transportation scheduling platforms.
• Experience with CTRM/ETRM systems such as RightAngle, Endur, Allegro, Quorum, SAP TSW, or similar applications.
• Understanding of pipeline tariffs, transportation contracts, inventory management, and supply optimization.
• Experience supporting commercial, trading, refining, or supply optimization organizations.
