Associate Production Scheduler

What you will do

• Translate supply plans into executable production schedules and maintain near-term process orders.
• Monitor schedule adherence, production attainment, service risks, and actual-versus-planned performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Customer Service, and planning teams on daily execution issues.
• Maintain scheduling master data, support what-if scenarios, and assist with root cause analysis.
• Purchase indirect materials, reconcile daily orders, and support shipping accuracy.
• Contribute to new product development, continuous improvement, quality system processes, and physical inventory activities.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing operations.
• Basic understanding of MRP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to establish employment eligibility and complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• SAP experience.
