Logistics Specialist (Maritime Robotics)

Location: San Diego, CA (in-office). Candidates must be U.S. persons under U.S. export control laws and independently authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus stock options and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing domestic and international shipments of vessels, components, tools, batteries, and finished products.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers, freight forwarders, customers, and field operations.
• Prepare and review Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, export documentation, and hazardous goods paperwork.
• Track shipments, resolve delays and customs issues, and keep customer deployments on schedule.
• Pack and verify shipments, ensuring all accessories, documentation, spare parts, and deliverables are complete and professionally presented.
• Maintain shipping supplies, customer equipment, and operational assets while improving logistics processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, production, operations, project management, shipping providers, and customer-facing teams.
• Ability to work independently, follow clear direction, solve problems proactively, and execute with minimal oversight.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under U.S. export control laws, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, or asylee/refugee status.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
