Fulfillment Specialist (Logistics)

What you will do

• Communicate order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders by email, phone, and in person.
• Process incoming orders, validate purchase order contents, and coordinate with warehouses for timely dispatch.
• Receive, categorize, and initiate refurbishment of customer and warehouse returns.
• Support inbound and outbound shipments, escalations, exceptions, and order or return issues with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Own the LTL workflow by scheduling freight carriers and managing BOLs, SLIs, and other shipping documentation.
• Protect daily shipping deadlines by independently prioritizing workflows and adapting to operational changes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of call center experience.
• At least 2 years of logistics coordination experience, especially domestic LTL/freight scheduling and BOL documentation.
• Experience with high-volume email handling and order entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
• Ability to manage daily workloads with approximately 90% autonomy and investigate discrepancies across ERP, WMS, logistics, and physical data.
• Must pass a customer service assessment and be independently authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• NetSuite and Salesforce experience.
• International shipping and Tax/VAT override experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
