Production Control Customer Fulfillment and Inventory Integrity (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters, San Jose, California, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime and weekend coverage as needed.

Salary: $61,600–$82,100 per year.

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliations.
• Process customer fulfillment orders, verify order details, and coordinate shipment logistics.
• Communicate shipment details to customers and collaborate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams.
• Analyze inventory data and production metrics to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, document root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Generate operational reports and support the optimization of inventory management systems and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management, production control, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, MES, ERP software, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of production planning, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize competing demands.

• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software.
