Senior Product Manager, Clinical Product

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with typical attendance at the Manhattan office 3–5 days per week

Salary: $155,000–$185,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for in-clinic diagnostics and remote tracking modules.
• Scale and optimize Whole-Body MRI, musculoskeletal strength training evaluations, video movement analysis, DEXA, and VO2 max testing experiences.
• Design physical and digital workflows with clinical, operations, and technical experts to reduce human error and data-capture friction.
• Own product scope and logistics for mobile phlebotomy kits and home-based multi-day sleep screening studies.
• Use qualitative and quantitative feedback from clinic teams, sales channels, and members to identify friction and prioritize improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, clinicians, operations leaders, and hardware technicians to advance healthcare products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience owning complex 0-to-1 products that combine digital interfaces with physical or in-person execution.
• Experience building clinical products in digital health startups, executive physical programs, premium health clinics, or diagnostics.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills across software engineering, clinical, research, and operations stakeholders.
• Comfort using product analytics and feedback to define development priorities.
• Ability to establish structured product parameters in an ambiguous, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating specialized health devices, APIs, EMRs, health vendors, DICOM/PACS imaging, or wearable device networks.
• Academic background in Bioengineering, Health Informatics, Clinical Operations, or a related technical field.
