Talent Acquisition Advisor (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid, based in Eastleigh, Bournemouth, or Gloucester, UK. Office attendance is required once a week, with monthly travel to other offices.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for new positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and other open-market channels.
• Support line managers from role briefing through offer and onboarding.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job-board suppliers.
• Maintain recruitment activity records in the ATS and CRM systems.
• Update careers-site pages using Design Studio and Adobe Waterfront.

Requirements

• Expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial briefing through offer and onboarding.
• Strong social media recruiting and recruitment marketing skills.
• Experience using artificial intelligence in recruitment processes.
• Experience managing 20 or more specialist hires concurrently.
• Expertise with Phenom, Cornerstone, or similar recruitment systems.
• Experience designing and updating careers-site pages in content management systems, plus a continuous-improvement focus on the candidate journey.
