Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work based at the Holborn office, with attendance expected two days per week. Full-time, fixed-term maternity cover from October 2026 to mid-July 2027, working 40 hours per week from 9 am to 6 pm.

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 GBP per year.

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment cycle across a range of teams, from role briefing and sourcing through to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor and keep recruitment processes moving.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines using modern sourcing methods and AI-enabled tools.
• Manage multiple open roles while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Own recruitment reporting and use data to improve hiring decisions and processes.
• Contribute ideas and best practices across talent strategy, sourcing and employer branding.

Requirements

• At least two years of full-cycle recruitment experience across different roles, levels and teams.
• In-house recruitment experience is preferred; candidates transitioning from agency recruitment may also be considered.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and comfort using AI tools in the recruitment workflow.
• Autonomous, results-driven approach with the ability to take ownership of recruitment briefs.
• Confident communication and effective partnership with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisation, data-mindedness and attention to process and reporting.
