Talent Operations Coordinator (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate R&D interview scheduling and logistics, including calendars, time zones, and last-minute changes.
• Greet and host candidates on-site and help create a comfortable interview experience.
• Keep candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers informed with clear and timely updates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify issues and adjust hiring plans.
• Own Ashby ATS data and maintain a clean, reliable recruiting pipeline.
• Improve hiring processes, prepare hiring metrics, and support team events, offsites, and research show-and-tells.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent operations in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Strong calendar and interview logistics management, including accurate time-zone coordination.
• Ability to manage many moving pieces, solve operational problems independently, and follow through reliably.
• Care for the experience of candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Based in San Francisco or ready to be based there; the role is on-site.

• Experience supporting a technical or research team.
