Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: Remote with occasional attendance at the Austin office; United States

Salary: $72,000–$98,000 per year (Tier 2; compensation depends on level, role, and location)

What you will do

• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews across teams and time zones.
• Document interview processes, interviewer roles, and relevant preparation details.
• Identify opportunities to streamline coordination and improve the candidate and hiring team experience.
• Support day-to-day recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, administrative support, or a similar role.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear and friendly written and verbal communication.
• Candidate-first mindset and interest in creating a positive hiring experience.
• Experience using AI tools, an applicant tracking system, and standard web-based tools such as Google Workspace.
• Ability to work remotely while joining the Austin office occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience using Ashby ATS.
• Experience at a quickly scaling technical startup.
• Interest in growing into a full-cycle Recruiter role.
