What you will do

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipelines and resolve process bottlenecks.
• Maintain clean and accurate data within the ATS to ensure recruiting operations scale efficiently.
• Support the build-out of recruiting infrastructure, including process documentation and workflow automation.
• Utilize reporting and analytics to provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring velocity.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
• 1+ years of recruiting coordination or talent operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and ATS tools such as Ashby.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technical or engineering hiring.
• Background at an early-stage or venture-backed startup.
• Experience implementing recruiting SOPs or coordination best practices.
• Familiarity with recruiting analytics or workflow automation tools.
