Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across candidates and hiring teams.
• Deliver clear, timely communication and a high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and maintain hiring momentum.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and organize scalable recruiting operations.
• Support process documentation, workflow automation, tooling improvements, reporting, and recruiting analytics.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruiting coordination or talent operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset.
• Operator's mindset with a focus on improving systems and processes.
• Comfort with ATS systems and scheduling tools; high proficiency with Google Workspace, Ashby, or similar tools.
• Ability to work on-site in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technical or engineering hiring.
• Background at an early-stage or venture-backed startup.
• Experience improving recruiting processes, building SOPs, or implementing coordination best practices.
• Familiarity with recruiting analytics or workflow automation tools.
