Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Boston, United States

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 annual base salary plus annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Transform and optimize Investor Services client pricing and costing processes using emerging technologies.
• Harmonize independent data sets for predictive modeling, benchmarking, scenario analysis, and client profitability analytics.
• Create and analyze complex financial models used by senior management for pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, relationship management, deal teams, and business stakeholders on pricing proposals and client profitability analysis.
• Manage project objectives, deadlines, scope, change, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enhance deal tracking and reporting for new business, repricing, competitive benchmarking, backtesting, and client segment reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting environment.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, problem-solving, data analysis, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and use large data sets for pricing and client profitability analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, plus proficiency with emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to competing demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
