What you will do

• Support engineering project lifecycles, including project setup, contract administration, and billing.
• Track and report on project performance, labor hours, productivity metrics, and costs.
• Coordinate contract modifications and manage charge codes.
• Handle subcontract creation and ongoing management.
• Provide administrative support, such as planning meetings and recording detailed minutes.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen for Security Clearance requirements.
• Associate of Arts (AA) Degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in a related role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office products.
• Valid/Unrestricted Florida driver license.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of the contract lifecycle.
• Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint.
