Financial Analyst

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with onsite work required Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: USD 75,000–85,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting and business planning.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics, business trends, and operational results.
• Prepare weekly reporting covering forecasts, business plans, and results across divisions and subsidiaries.
• Support budgets, business plans, and forecasts for hirify.global and its business units.
• Identify operational issues and contribute to recommendations and solutions.
• Support FP&A initiatives, deadlines, and ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or an equivalent quantitative major.
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance or analytics role in a corporate environment.
• Experience with financial models and a foundational understanding of finance, accounting, economics, and statistics.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology industry, management consulting, or investment banking.
