Overnight IT Support Analyst II

Location: Remote

Salary: $62,400–$93,500 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide IT support for end users working with hirify.global systems, including desktop PCs, mobile devices, VPN connectivity, and on-call requests.
• Manage user access, incidents, service interruptions, and downtime events.
• Analyze HL7 messages and recurring system issues and coordinate with internal and external resources on permanent solutions.
• Create and maintain IT process documentation, how-to guides, and downtime procedures.
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems and communicate with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience supporting healthcare IT environments, PACS systems, and radiology workflows.
• Proficiency with software installation and configuration, hardware, networks, troubleshooting, and voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe.
• Strong customer service, critical-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Previous healthcare IT experience and the ability to provide effective on-call support.
