What you will do

• Lead daily second-shift production activities and execute plans to meet quality and schedule objectives.
• Coordinate assemblers, shifts, and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and sustain consistent performance.
• Train, coach, mentor, and certify assemblers on assigned functions and work instructions.
• Maintain balanced pull-based production lines, ensure material availability, and support timely resolution of line stoppages.
• Complete work orders, line-clearance forms, scrap reports, hour summaries, training records, and other required documentation.
• Conduct line walks and support continuous improvement, safety, quality, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of production process or related experience in medical device manufacturing, manufacturing, or an ISO-registered environment.
• Leadership, scheduling, planning, communication, coaching, and team coordination skills.
• Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, OSHA, cGMP, GDP, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Ability to perform repetitive production work and lift, carry, push, pull, or transfer materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
