What you will do
- Translate client and product strategy into clear backlogs, requirements, and delivery plans across multiple streams.
- Collaborate with developers, UX, QA, clients, and US-based Engagement and Product Leads to align scope and priorities.
- Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and requirements walkthroughs.
- Provide hands-on product support by clarifying requirements, reviewing designs, and validating test results.
- Plan and track risks, dependencies, financial targets, scope, timelines, and quality across delivery streams.
- Report progress, risks, and outcomes while maintaining delivery quality and accountability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology, including at least 5+ years in product execution and 5+ years in delivery management.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams of 5+ people.
- Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, risk management, tracking, and financial oversight.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and enterprise-level program governance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured execution and manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- English proficiency at C1+ level required. Hands-on experience applying AI in a professional or enterprise context, or strong practical fluency with the current AI landscape, is required.
