Director Technical Project Management / Delivery Lead (AI)

Location: Germany (remote), Berlin, or Stuttgart; flexibility to travel within Germany and internationally is required

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Technical Project Management and Project Delivery team in Germany, managing approximately 5–10 people.
• Manage complex digital, development, and AI projects, pitches, presentations, and workshops.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams of backend, frontend, full-stack, AI, and UI/UX specialists across hirify.global and Infosys service lines.
• Implement strategies to improve delivery performance, efficiency, staffing, and reporting.
• Analyze new project enquiries and provide recommendations on feasibility and potential.
• Support AI-driven solution development and contribute to the strategic growth of the business unit.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in an agency or services environment.
• Experience in team leadership, professional development, client relations, consulting, and scaling digital processes.
• Strong experience coordinating complex digital, AI, and development projects with interdisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or similar project-management tools.
• Fluent German at C1/C2 level and English at B2+ level are essential.
• Independent, solution-oriented, hands-on approach and willingness to travel when required.
