What you will do

  • Plan and manage the Technical Project Management team (5–10 people), including professional and personal development.
  • Implement strategies to improve team and delivery performance, providing regular reports.
  • Assist with recruitment and analyze new project enquiries for feasibility, staffing, and efficiency.
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams (backend, frontend, AI engineers, UI/UX) on national and international projects.
  • Manage pitches, presentations, workshops, and support AI-driven solutions development.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the business unit.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years as Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in agency/services environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and development.
  • Strong client relations, consulting, and scaling digital processes.
  • Skills in coordinating complex digital, AI, and development projects with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Salesforce).
  • Fluent German and good English essential.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CGI, real-time workflows, and MarTech solutions.
  • Curiosity about new technologies, workflows, and digital trends.
