Senior AI Deployment Lead

Location: Must be in San Francisco or willing to relocate; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery, engagement operations, value sizing, product proposals, and account delivery rhythms.
• Own enterprise engagements from kickoff through deployment and adoption, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivery timelines.
• Identify high-impact workflow problems and define AI-driven product features and technical use cases.
• Translate customer requirements and operational pain points into clear specifications for engineering and product teams.
• Lead stakeholder onboarding, workflow transformation, change management, and continuous improvement through user feedback.
• Drive measurable program outcomes, commercial expansion, AI diligence, and value-creation initiatives with senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Background in top-tier consulting, private equity, investment banking, AI or product companies, or technical and operating roles in large enterprises or financial institutions.
• Experience leading customer discovery, building trust, and navigating senior stakeholders.
• Commercial judgment covering value, pricing, account growth, and customer outcomes.
• Demonstrated success driving operating-model redesign, workflow transformation, and adoption at scale.
• Comfort with AI and technical concepts, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering complex, consultative customer engagements.
• Experience scoping technical work with product and engineering teams.
• Technical or AI experience, including building with or alongside AI tools and engineering teams.
