What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships based on a deep understanding of their business goals.
• Plan and execute deliveries on time and within budget, ensuring high quality standards.
• Manage a variety of project types, including Fixed Price and Time & Material models.
• Adapt roles between Agile/Waterfall Project Manager or Scrum Master based on project needs.
• Track progress, proactively manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead successful multinational and blended provider-client teams.

Requirements

• Experience in IT project management within a global outsourcing environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex initiatives and collaborating with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading multinational teams and a strong understanding of SDLC.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and traditional Waterfall approaches.
• Work permit for the European Union region is required.
• English: Fluent (C1) spoken and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

• PMP or SAFe certifications.
• Previous technical experience in roles such as Software Developer, QA, or DevOps engineer.
