What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships by understanding business goals and expectations.
• Plan and execute Fixed Price and Time & Material deliveries on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Adapt between Agile or Waterfall Project Manager and Scrum Master responsibilities based on project needs.
• Track timelines, manage risks, implement corrective actions, and control project scope and budget.
• Lead project teams, including blended provider-client and multinational teams.
• Maintain transparent communication, effective collaboration, and high standards of ethics, integrity, and management quality.

Requirements

• Experience in IT project management within an outsourcing environment and a global company.
• Experience managing large and complex Fixed Price and Time & Material initiatives in multi-vendor and multi-team environments.
• Experience collaborating with clients and C-level stakeholders and leading multinational teams.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall project management.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices.
• Fluent spoken and written English, work from the European Union region, and a valid work permit are required.

Nice to have

• PMP or SAFe certification.
• Previous technical experience as a Software Developer, QA, or DevOps specialist.
