What you will do
- Manage customer projects end-to-end, from initiation through closure.
- Control scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, quality, and financial performance.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and drive accountability across geographically distributed teams.
- Provide project governance, status reporting, and delivery oversight.
- Strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities to support business growth.
Requirements
- Experience managing IT, cloud, digital transformation, or Data & AI projects.
- Proven experience delivering customer engagements in a consulting or services environment.
- Strong expertise in scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, resource, and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of project governance, financial management, and delivery practices.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
