Senior Pre-Flight Program Manager (Data Centre)

Location: Singapore HQ; travel across APAC as required

What you will do

• Oversee technical program management for Pre-Flight asset delivery projects.
• Own multiple high-value projects, totalling hundreds of millions, from inception through contract execution.
• Lead pre-flight meetings and provide reporting to project teams, management, executive leadership, and the CEO.
• Plan, monitor, control, and report on committed programs through contract execution and handover to the construction management team.
• Coordinate stakeholders to identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• Build bespoke end-to-end schedules and contribute to improvements in program management frameworks and processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in data centres, mission-critical environments, or large electrical/mechanical infrastructure development or construction projects.
• Project or program management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMI, and/or a bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or engineering.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, document requirements, and drive alignment and delivery across business functions.
• Flexible, forward-thinking, results-focused, and committed to a get-things-done approach.
• Prepared to travel across APAC as required.
