Project Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Coordinate Acquisition, Implementation, Audit, Annotation, Engineering/Product, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, targets, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide management with regular project updates and maintain accountability across stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, meetings, documentation, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
• Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of complex initiatives.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree from a leading overseas university, particularly in the United States.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational or technology-related projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Mandarin proficiency.
