What you will do
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Coordinate Acquisition, Implementation, Audit, Annotation, Engineering/Product, and other stakeholder teams.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
- Track project performance, provide progress updates, and maintain stakeholder accountability.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, meeting execution, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
- Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of complex initiatives.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree from a leading overseas university, particularly in the United States.
- Experience leading cross-functional operational or technology-related projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Mandarin proficiency.
