Implementation Project Manager EMEA (Contract)

Location: Hybrid work from the London or Paris office, with regional travel required for customer go-lives.

What you will do

• Manage complex enterprise development and implementation programs from kickoff through launch.
• Lead onboarding for new customers and buildings across the UK, France, and wider EMEA.
• Control scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate communication, reporting, project ceremonies, and alignment across customers and internal teams.
• Partner with Account Management, Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to remove delivery roadblocks.
• Train customers on key product features, drive adoption, and improve delivery processes through post-project reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, customer onboarding, or implementation.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects on scope, on time, and on budget.
• Experience onboarding enterprise customers, delivering training, and driving product adoption.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, change, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Professional fluency in French and English is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, PropTech, or commercial real estate technology.
• Commercial real estate or built-environment experience.
