What you will do
- Lead portfolio performance, profitability, forecasting, resourcing, commercial oversight, and delivery predictability across APAC.
- Own portfolio reporting, financial tracking, benchmarking, delivery standards, and operational governance.
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Integrate AI into planning, estimation, risk management, reporting, and governance processes.
- Manage stakeholder communications, customer engagement, governance forums, and escalations.
- Coach Program and Project Managers and drive scalable ways of working, improved productivity, and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing.
- Strong project, program, or transformation leadership experience in a software or technology company.
- Proven experience using AI to improve delivery practices, ways of working, and business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to lead change, challenge existing practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience leading enterprise software implementations.
- Experience with change management or operating model transformation.
- Experience embedding AI or automation into business processes.
