Senior Director, Global Operations Digital Transformation (Hybrid - Acton, MA)

Location: Acton, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid arrangement with required on-site work at an hirify.global office. Travel is estimated at 20%.

Salary: $204,500–$306,725 annual base salary, with possible incentive compensation.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin management platform and other wearable drug-delivery solutions for people with diabetes and other conditions.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team delivering digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Define and execute a transformation roadmap using digital tools, analytics, and AI to improve cost, quality, and productivity.
• Represent the operations transformation strategy and progress to executive leadership and governance forums.
• Identify value-chain transformation opportunities and lead change management to support adoption across the organization.
• Embed data stewardship, governance, standardization, compliance, auditability, and traceability in global operations.
• Partner with data teams to develop dashboards, reports, predictive models, and actionable insights for operations leaders and frontline teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related technical discipline.
• 18+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations, including at least 5 years leading transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success combining process improvement and data analytics to deliver measurable operational results.
• Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and Medical Device Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with process transformation, change management, digital enablement, and collaboration with technical data teams.
• Familiarity with MES, SAP ERP, Databricks, Spotfire, and Power BI, plus executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA focused on operations, supply chain, or data analytics.
• Experience in data product management or data strategy leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification or equivalent enterprise process improvement experience.
• Global, multi-site operations experience.
