Operational Excellence Factory Lead (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the Operational Excellence management system for the Hamburg Wafer Fab.
• Align improvement priorities, targets, and execution plans with the local Fab Management Team.
• Drive strategic improvement initiatives and monitor owners, KPIs, benefits, and delivery status.
• Own the site Cost Down roadmap and facilitate regular management reviews.
• Challenge the organization, drive accountability, and escalate risks, delays, and performance gaps.
• Ensure sustainable realization of improvement benefits and transfer best practices across the global Operational Excellence network.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Program Management, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Operations, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders up to senior management level.
• Fluent English required; German is highly desirable.
