Senior Technical Program Manager (Factory Orchestration)

Location: Singapore; domestic and occasional international travel required

What you will do

• Manage delivery of heterogeneous automation technology and robotic solutions for customers and industry partners.
• Align scope, feasibility, timelines, quality, risk, and priorities across product, engineering, robotics, machine learning, and leadership stakeholders.
• Maintain delivery status visibility, manage risks, and represent the factory orchestration product area in leadership updates.
• Develop and refine standards and processes for scalable robotics, logistics, and manufacturing deliveries.
• Coordinate proprietary and open-source development through the Open-RMF project and guide open-source contributors.
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally to visit partners and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in program management, manufacturing execution systems, warehouse management systems, fleet management, or logistics.
• Experience with technical program and project management practices, including scoping, planning, risk analysis, timeline estimation, and status tracking.
• Experience managing worldwide collaborative projects from scope negotiation through delivery.
• Strong facilitation, critical-thinking, stakeholder-management, and concise communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in cross-timezone meetings outside regular working hours.

Nice to have

• Technical program or project management experience in large-scale automation deployments.
• Understanding of robotics, factory automation, computer-integrated manufacturing, warehouse management systems, or logistics systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, reactive sensor control, automated motion planning, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience collaborating with large, diverse, worldwide open-source software communities.
