Enterprise Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and governance for complex technology and business programs.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, product, data, reporting, change management, and operations.
• Facilitate governance routines, stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and escalation management.
• Prepare executive-level program status reporting covering risks, issues, dependencies, and required decisions.
• Support business readiness, launch planning, change management, and operational transition activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs and projects.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Iterative, Agile/Scrum, release management, QA, UAT, and project management processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Columbus, OH.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments.
• Experience with integrated program roadmaps, project schedules, RAID logs, delivery plans, MS Excel, MS Project, or portfolio and project management tools.
• Experience supporting training, communications, launch readiness, and operational transitions.
• Experience using AI prompts or AI-enabled tools to organize, develop, summarize, or communicate program management deliverables.
