What you will do

• Serve as the on-site program integration leader and single point of accountability for large-scale energy campus programs.
• Direct sequencing, scope interfaces, and cross-BU resolution across multiple operating companies to ensure alignment on schedule and quality.
• Coordinate integration across generation, transmission, storage, gas, and data center infrastructure.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and build relationships across project teams and client representatives.
• Set portfolio-level risk strategies, manage escalated risks, and establish recovery plans.
• Oversee budget deployment, prioritization, and negotiation across the campus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-contract programs with significant integration complexity.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing complex multi-technology programs.
• Must be able to relocate to Hereford, Texas for the project duration.

Nice to have

• Experience with energy infrastructure or power generation.
• BTM (behind-the-meter) campus delivery experience.
