What you will do

• Oversee synchronized planning cycles, program execution, master timelines, budgets, and financial forecasting.
• Provide coaching and indirect supervision to Scrum Masters, drive Lean-Agile metrics adoption, and support Communities of Practice.
• Identify impediments, manage program-level risks, perform impact analysis on changes, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Serve as central stakeholder contact, communicate program health and metrics, and facilitate cross-team dependency resolutions.
• Deploy metrics to analyze performance and implement continuous improvements across the program.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or technical field.
• 5+ years as Senior Project or Program Manager; 2+ years as Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE); 2+ years managing/supporting 5+ Scrum Masters.
• Required certifications: PMP and either CSM or PMI-ACP.
• Proven success building cross-organizational partnerships, strong innovation and facilitation skills for 50+ team members.
• Advanced business presentation and written communication skills.
