What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of a high-priority technology program.
• Coordinate synchronized planning cycles and manage master timelines, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Coach Scrum Masters and agile teams in Lean-Agile practices, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Identify impediments, manage program-level risks, and assess the impact of plan changes.
• Communicate program health, status, and performance metrics to stakeholders while resolving cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Scaled Agile Release Train Engineer.
• 2+ years managing or supporting at least 5 Scrum Masters simultaneously.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; Information Technology or a technical field is strongly preferred.
• Required PMP certification and either CSM or PMI-ACP certification.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, partnership-building, and innovation skills, including the ability to manage 50+ professionals.

Nice to have

• SAFe Release Train Engineer certification.
