Quality Control Supervisor (Aerospace)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 70,000–73,000 per year

What you will do

• Monitor and inspect materials, products, and services for compliance with documented procedures, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage the calibration recall process, maintain the calibration database, process instruments monthly, and coordinate external calibration services.
• Support the development of new and existing parts and ensure environmental conditions do not adversely affect product or service quality.
• Oversee quality tasks, prioritize work, and ensure efficient completion in line with required standards.
• Generate non-conforming material reports and perform internal audits for procedural and process compliance.
• Maintain current training records for new and existing employees.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of aerospace experience and 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technical field.
• Working knowledge of NADCAP, AS9100, and OEM aerospace standards.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Experience with corrective action systems and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• NADCAP audit experience in shot peening and/or NDT.
• Shot peening technical training or certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
• Experience with aerospace OEMs such as GE, Pratt & Whitney, Safran, Boeing, or Airbus.
