Instructional Design Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Assess training needs across multiple business divisions and design learning solutions for organizational initiatives.
• Create and deliver instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, classroom-based, and blended learning programs.
• Manage instructional development projects from analysis through implementation using the ADDIE methodology.
• Evaluate audiovisual materials and ensure training objectives are achieved.
• Develop budgets, allocate project resources, and manage courseware for web-based and other media delivery.
• Use generative AI to streamline content development, create learning assets, generate storyboards and assessments, and improve learner engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; equivalent experience is defined as 4 years in a corporate environment.
• At least 1 year of SCORM content development experience.
• At least 1 year of instructional systems design experience and 4 years of website design and content development, including online training and course materials.
• Proficiency with Articulate Quizmaker, Engage, Presenter, Storyline, TechSmith Camtasia and Snagit, Adobe eLearning Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to edit voiceovers and record audio using Sony Sound Forge or equivalent software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and project-management skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
