Senior Instructional Designer, Global Operations (AI)

Location: US-CA-Remote; travel required 25% of the time

Salary: $124,160–$232,800 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits

What you will do

• Create capability and competency maps for key Global Operations roles.
• Develop eLearning solutions for Annual Quality Training, GMP, GCP, GxP, regulatory, and technical initiatives.
• Produce interactive video, extended reality, augmented reality, virtual reality, and immersive training content.
• Use AI for learning solution development, translations, and related applications.
• Review and improve training materials for clarity, consistency, effectiveness, and accessibility compliance.
• Manage learning technology lifecycles, governance, timelines, resources, KPIs, audits, and matrixed delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in training content development.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate RISE, Captivate, or Vyond.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong project management, communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in learning or content development.
• Experience with video, extended reality, or virtual reality experiences.
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience using AI in content development.
