Senior Recruiter

Location: Argentina — Remote; working hours must overlap by at least 4 hours with US Eastern Time.

Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 per year, plus quarterly profit share after one year.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across all departments, from defining searches through signed offers.
• Source passive candidates proactively and build qualified pipelines for each search.
• Write and improve job postings, conduct pre-screens and interviews, and keep candidates moving through the process.
• Close candidates by managing compensation conversations, counteroffers, and candidate concerns.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs, calibrate criteria, and build effective interview processes.
• Administer Ashby, maintain accurate recruiting data, and report on pipeline health and hiring performance.

Requirements

• Senior full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency.
• Demonstrated proactive sourcing experience and a track record of hiring passive candidates.
• Experience closing candidates, including compensation discussions and counteroffers.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously and administering Ashby or a similar ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, proactive communication, and the ability to challenge hiring criteria constructively.
• Fluent English sufficient for closing conversations with senior candidates.
