Senior Recruiter (AI Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid; requires 3 days per week in the Mountain View, Los Angeles, or San Francisco office

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 estimated base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across Go-to-Market, G&A, Enterprise, and Operations to support organizational growth.
• Develop full-cycle recruiting strategies and meet hiring targets across high-volume and targeted searches.
• Activate passive talent and create sourcing strategies for robust and diverse candidate pipelines.
• Use recruiting data to establish benchmarks, metrics, and targeted hiring strategies.
• Design interview plans with hiring teams and manage multiple requisitions throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate talent data in Ashby and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with success in high-volume recruitment across multiple departments.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows.
• Experience scaling a high-growth technology company.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining recruiting quality and hiring momentum.
• Experience recruiting within the software industry.
