Manager, Development Program Management (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Warren, New Jersey or Tarrytown, New York, United States. Hybrid work model with onsite attendance 4 days per week and 1 day remote.

Salary: $114,800–$187,400 annually.

What you will do

• Support subteam and functional area meetings and lead selected working groups.
• Track deliverables, risks, and issues across assigned drug development programs.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on strategic program documents.
• Manage project planning systems and communicate program status to managers and stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and complex issues and support the resolution of conflicts and roadblocks.
• Build collaborative relationships across departments and Strategic Program Teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Familiarity with cross-functional development team structures, including Strategic Program Teams.
• Sound judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to respond constructively to feedback and setbacks.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Warren, NJ or Tarrytown, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience in drug development or the pharmaceutical industry.
