What you will do

• Collaborate on pivoting the engineering organization to an agent-first Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Manage cross-system integration and interoperability of org-wide AI workflows across Core Platform, SRE, and Support.
• Partner with AI Engineering to ensure operational readiness and Go-to-Market for AI-owned capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the most complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Drive Technical Program Management best practices and optimize software development processes.
• Influence strategic direction using deep technical domain knowledge and metrics for quality and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager.
• Applied experience shipping and operating AI/ML systems in production environments.
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI, including model lifecycles and data pipelines.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects spanning multiple organizational groups.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with AWS/Azure, GitHub, and Jenkins.
