Senior Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote - United States

Base salary: $115,000–$179,000 USD per year, depending on geographic location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development initiatives across multiple teams.
• Manage program schedules, identify risks, and communicate plans, status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Support teams through changes in business priorities and required program pivots.
• Apply technical program management practices and improve software development processes.
• Use technical and domain knowledge to align teams around shared plans and direction.
• Track and report quality and performance metrics across programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience on software teams as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager.
• Experience delivering complex projects or solutions spanning multiple teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all organizational levels.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and align them on solutions and delivery plans.
• Experience with software development tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with public cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure and system architecture, including services, APIs, data flows, and cross-team dependencies.
